| KD Drums are made of the finest materials available. Each drum goes through a high standard quality check at each stage of its creation, ensuring it is in perfect working order when it leaves our workshop. They are supplied with their own certificate, information on the way the drums have been built and the finish used.
In the unlikely event that your drum is damaged, excluding mishandled goods, if you return it to KD within fourteen days we will be pleased to repair or replace the damaged goods.
KD Drums offer a service on any of the KD products listed below.
DRUMS PURCHASED DIRECT FROM KD:
* KD drums will be happy to repair or replace free of charge any product that is damaged within fourteen days of purchase.
* KD Drums will offer a 50% discount on all repair work on any KD Drums product after the fourteen day period.
WHEN PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER DEALER/RETAILER:
* All KD Drums will have a 50% discount on any repair work.
Please note:
* Guarantees on KD Drums are only accepted if the goods were purchased direct from KD
* The guarantee will be void if purchased from another dealer/retailer, in that case, they are responsible for the product.
* All repair work must be undertaken by KD Drums.
KD keeps a record of all drums and serial numbers from the day they leave the shop.
* All drums are in perfect condition when sold and will not be replaced or repaired if mishandled.
* KD Drums reserve the right to void guarantees if the above conditions are not adhered to. |
